FAQ
Is my text sent to a server?
No. The diagram is built in your browser and this page has no code that sends your text. No share links are created either.
Where do I learn the syntax?
Load an example above and edit it. The full syntax is in the official docs (mermaid.js.org).
My PNG looks blurry.
Raise the scale to 2×–3×. Anything beyond 4096px on the long side is scaled down automatically. For sharp zooming, save as SVG.
How to use this tool
Use it to draw flowcharts, sequence diagrams, ER diagrams and Gantt charts from text. Write in Mermaid syntax and the diagram appears; save it as SVG or PNG. What you type is not sent to a server.
