Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions for using all services provided by MOA (the "Site"), including bulletin boards, games, polls, surveys and tools (the "Services"), and the rights and obligations of the operator and users.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect when they are posted on the Site and you agree to them when signing up.
  2. When the Terms are changed, we will announce the change in the notices section at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to users).
  3. If you continue to use the Services after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to it. If you do not agree, you may withdraw your membership.

Article 3 (Membership and Accounts)

  1. You sign up by entering your email address, password and nickname and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  2. You must not use another person's information or sign up with false information.
  3. Members are responsible for managing their account and password. If you suspect unauthorized use, change your password immediately and notify the operator.
  4. Members may withdraw at any time from My Page. How information is handled after withdrawal is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Use of the Services)

  1. Reading, writing, commenting and attachment permissions differ for each board and may vary by member level (1 to 10).
  2. Some boards and services can be used without signing up (guest posting, games, etc.). These Terms apply in that case as well.
  3. The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Services for maintenance, failures or operational needs, and will give notice in advance where possible.

Article 5 (Rights to and Management of Posts)

  1. The copyright in a post belongs to its author.
  2. The author permits the Site to use the post free of charge to the extent necessary for operating, displaying and promoting the Services (search results, previews, sharing, etc.). This use ends when you withdraw or delete the post.
  3. Authors are responsible for what they write, and for any problem arising from a post that infringes the rights of others.
  4. The operator may hide or delete, without notice, posts that violate these Terms or the law. Deleted posts are kept for 30 days and then permanently erased.
  5. Posts and comments are not deleted automatically when you withdraw. If you want them removed, please delete them yourself before withdrawing.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following conduct is prohibited.

  • Spam, flooding, unauthorized advertising, and repeated posting for promotional purposes
  • Impersonating others, exposing others' personal information, and posting defamatory, abusive, hateful or illegal content
  • Posting content that infringes copyright or other rights of others
  • Disrupting the Services, mass access using automated tools, and attempts to bypass security measures
  • Manipulating game scores, poll results or survey results by improper means
  • Any other conduct that violates the law or public order

Article 7 (Restriction of Use)

  1. If you violate Article 6, the operator may delete your posts, suspend your use for a period (3, 7 or 30 days, etc.) or permanently, or force your withdrawal. The decision takes into account the seriousness and frequency of the violation.
  2. When a suspended member visits, the suspension period and the reason left by the operator are shown on screen and the member is logged out.
  3. If you object to a restriction, you may appeal by contacting the operator at the address given in the Privacy Policy, and the operator will review it and reply within a reasonable period. Suspended members cannot send inquiries within the Site, so they must contact the operator by email.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The operator is not liable for interruption of the Services caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or communication or hosting failures.
  2. The operator is not responsible for the content or accuracy of posts uploaded by users, or for disputes between users.
  3. Results of free Services (games, tools, personality tests, etc.) are for reference only, and any decision made on the basis of them is the user's responsibility.
  4. The operator is not liable for damage caused by the user's intent or negligence.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to the Services shall be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect on October 19, 2026.
