Mastermind

Controls Goal: find the hidden code of 4 slots in 6 colors within 10 tries (a color may repeat). Controls: fill the 4 slots with the color buttons (mouse/touch) or keys 1-6, then press Submit (Enter). Tap a slot to select it and change just that one; tap a filled slot again, or press Backspace, to clear it. Left/right arrow keys move between slots. Hints: ● is a peg with the right color and place, ○ is a peg with only the right color (it never says which slot). Score and ranking: the number of tries it took, fewer is higher. If you do not solve it in 10 tries the answer is shown and nothing is recorded. Tip: open with two colors twice each (1 1 2 2), then only guess codes that agree with every earlier hint - that usually solves it in 5-6 tries.
