Initial-Consonant Quiz
Controls Goal: in 60 seconds, type as many two-syllable Korean words as you can that match the shown initial consonants (for example ㅎㅅ). Controls: press Start to run the clock and show the initials. Type a word and press Enter (or OK). If you do not know one, press Skip (no penalty, it only costs time). The answer is not checked while a Korean syllable is still being composed, so press Enter. Mouse, touch and keyboard all work. Rules: if several words share the initials any of them counts, and a word you already got this game cannot be used again. Only two-syllable words in the same list as the word-guess game (about 190) are accepted, so a real word that is not in the list is wrong (a wrong answer tells you why: not in the list, wrong initials or already used). Below the initials you can see how many words exist for them. Scoring: the number of words you got in 60 seconds, higher ranks higher. There is no pause. The bar on top is the time left and turns red in the last 10 seconds. Tips: think of common two-syllable words and skip quickly when stuck. Initials with only one word are worth getting fast.
