Missile Defense

Intercept falling enemy missiles to protect your 6 cities. Higher scores rank higher.

Controls Goal: protect your 6 cities from the enemy missiles falling from the sky. Tap the screen and the nearest battery with ammo fires an interceptor that flies to that point and explodes there; enemy missiles caught in the blast are destroyed. The game ends when every city is gone, and a higher score ranks higher. Scoring: each enemy missile shot down is 25 points × the wave (up to ×6, 150 points), and each surviving city at the end of a wave adds 100. Rules: there are 3 batteries (left, center, right) with 8 shots each. Ammo is refilled when a wave ends, but destroyed cities are never rebuilt. Later waves bring more and faster missiles. Controls: with a mouse or touch, tap the point to fire at. On a keyboard move the crosshair with the arrow keys or WASD and fire with Space or Enter. Pause with P, Esc or the pause button; the game pauses automatically when the tab is hidden and does not resume by itself. Your first shot starts the game. Tips: interceptors do not chase — they burst where you tapped, so aim ahead of an enemy where the blast will be when it arrives. One blast can catch several close missiles and save ammo, and an empty battery is skipped so the nearest other one fires.
